Stimulus Africa Foundation (SAF) is a social enterprise founded in 2011 in Harare, Zimbabwe to foster entrepreneurial ecosystems for micro, small & medium-sized enterprises (MSME's) through capacity building (incubation and acceleration programmes), network building, market access, mentorship, coaching and knowledge exchange with a focus on excluded communities and groups.
